Overview

The RentConet Partner Program is a network of independent property professionals who help connect renters with genuine rental properties within their areas of operation.

Every partner agrees to uphold RentConet’s standards of professionalism, transparency, responsiveness, and customer care.

Membership in the network is earned and maintained through consistent performance.

1. Partner Eligibility

To join the RentConet Partner Network, every applicant must complete a simple Know Your Agent (KYA) process.

Initial Requirements

Applicants must provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Residential address
  • Active mobile phone number
  • Valid government-issued identification
  • Recent photograph (optional at launch but recommended)
  • Areas of operation
  • Property categories handled

Examples:

  • Apartments
  • Self-contained
  • Duplexes
  • Commercial spaces
  • Student accommodation

Identity Verification

Every applicant must complete:

  • Identity verification
  • Short onboarding interview
  • Acceptance of Partner Agreement

Successful applicants are onboarded and assigned to the region(s) they cover.

2. Area Coverage

Partners should primarily recommend and manage properties within familiar areas.

Partners are expected to:

  • Live within the region they cover, or
  • Maintain an active operational presence there.

This helps ensure:

  • Faster inspections
  • Better local knowledge
  • Reliable support
  • Accurate property information

3. Property Standards

Partners should only submit properties that are:

  • Currently available
  • Accurately represented
  • Properly priced
  • Safe for inspection
  • Approved by the property owner or landlord

Duplicate submissions may be ignored and false availability may result in suspension.

4. Customer Experience Standards

Partners agree to:

  • Respond quickly.
  • Be professional.
  • Respect appointment times.
  • Communicate honestly.
  • Avoid misleading information.
  • Treat every customer respectfully.

5. Successful Rental Commission

Partners earn commission for every successful rental completed through RentConet according to the agreed commission structure.

Commission payments are made after confirmation of successful tenancy.

6. Performance Ratings

Every completed transaction contributes to the partner’s performance record.

Metrics include:

  • Response speed
  • Customer feedback
  • Successful rentals
  • Property accuracy
  • Professional conduct
  • Availability

Higher-performing partners receive more property requests.

7. Partner Levels Program

As the network grows, outstanding partners may qualify for the Partner Levels Program.

Super Partners represent the highest-performing members of the RentConet network.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least five successful rental transactions
  • Consistently positive customer feedback
  • High response rate
  • Good standing within the network
  • Two guarantors
  • Additional verification

Selection is based on performance and regional demand. Qualification does not guarantee appointment.

Super Partner Responsibilities

Super Partners may:

  • Support inspections.
  • Conduct virtual inspections.
  • Assist customers relocating from other cities.
  • Help verify submitted properties.
  • Mentor new partners.
  • Provide regional market updates.
  • Assist with quality assurance.

Super Partner Benefits

  • Priority access to customer requests.
  • Monthly performance bonuses.
  • Inspection support allowances.
  • Recognition within the network.
  • Leadership opportunities.
  • Future eligibility for regional coordination roles.
  • Exclusive training sessions.

8. Professional Conduct

Partners must never:

  • Misrepresent properties.
  • Demand unauthorized fees.
  • Harass customers.
  • Provide false information.
  • Share customer information.
  • Misuse RentConet branding.
  • Accept bookings on behalf of RentConet without authorization.

9. Customer Privacy

Customer information belongs to RentConet.

Partners may only use customer information for active property searches. Sharing customer information with third parties is prohibited.

10. Suspension

A partner may be suspended or removed for:

  • Fake properties
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Misconduct
  • Fraud
  • Unprofessional behavior
  • Failure to meet network standards
  • Violation of the Partner Agreement
