Welcome

RentConet exists to make house hunting easier.

Our goal is simple:
Help you spend less time searching and more time finding the right property.

We coordinate your property search, connect you with available properties that match your needs, and help simplify the inspection process.

1. How RentConet Works

Simply tell us:

  • Preferred location
  • Budget
  • Property type
  • Number of bedrooms
  • Move-in timeline

We’ll match your request with available properties and arrange inspections where applicable.

2. Property Matching

RentConet helps match customers with available rental properties.

While we make every effort to verify property information before sharing it, availability may change at any time due to the dynamic nature of the rental market.

Properties are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund Policy

We want every customer to inspect properties with confidence.

If you purchase a Three Property Tour Pass and none of the inspected properties meet your expectations:

RentConet will refund 75% of your Property Tour Pass fee.
The remaining 25% covers coordination, logistics, and inspection costs.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the final inspection.

4. Payments

For your security:

RentConet does NOT collect rental payments on behalf of landlords.

Customers should only make rent payments directly to:

  • Property owner
  • Landlord
  • Property management company

Only after completing all necessary verification.

5. Agent Commission

Customers are not responsible for paying agent commissions separately.

Agent commissions are managed by RentConet according to our Partner Program.

This ensures a more transparent and consistent experience.

6. Property Availability

Property availability changes quickly.

A property shared today may become unavailable before inspection.

RentConet cannot guarantee the continued availability of any property until agreements are completed.

7. Inspection Expectations

A property inspection allows customers to:

  • View the property.
  • Confirm its condition.
  • Ask questions.
  • Assess suitability.

Customers are encouraged to inspect carefully before making any commitments.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate search requirements.
  • Arrive on time for inspections.
  • Treat properties respectfully.
  • Communicate honestly.
  • Notify RentConet if plans change.
  • Avoid sharing false information.

9. Safety

For customer safety:

  • All inspections should be coordinated through RentConet.
  • Customers should avoid making unofficial arrangements outside the platform.
  • Report any suspicious behaviour immediately.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for:

  • Matching suitable properties
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Customer support

RentConet will never sell your information to third-parties.

11. Cancellations

Customers may reschedule inspections with reasonable notice.

Repeated missed appointments may require a new booking.

12. Liability

RentConet acts as a property matching and coordination platform.

Final rental agreements are entered into between the customer and the landlord or authorized property representative.

Customers are encouraged to review all agreements carefully before signing.

13. Our Promise

We believe finding your next home should feel exciting—not exhausting.
